‘Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 3’ Reportedly Gets A Working Title

According to Production Weekly‘s latest listing, Marvel Studios’ Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 has received a working title.

While Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 has reportedly stalled now that the project is without a director – the result of Disney’s decision to fire James Gunn after offensive tweets the filmmaker posted years ago were unearthed by far-right pundits – the final chapter of the trilogy is currently listed under the working title of Hot Christmas. However, there is currently no information on what, if anything, the working could say about the film.

James Gunn had previously finished his script for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, which was set to begin production early next year. However, the project has reportedly been put on hold following the decision to remove Gunn as the director of the final chapter in the Guardians of the Galaxy trilogy, though Disney and Marvel Studios are said to be intent on using his script.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 is expected to star Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Vin Diesel, Bradley Cooper, Karen Gillan, Pom Klementieff, Elizabeth Debicki, and Sean Gunn.

Stay tuned to Heroic Hollywood for the latest updates on Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 and all Marvel projects as it develops!
