‘Guardians Of The Galaxy’ Concept Art Reveals An Early Look For Gamora

Andy Park recently shared a look at a piece of concept art featuring an alternate look for Guardians of the Galaxy‘s Gamora.

Many fans have now become accustomed to Zoe Saldana’s look as Gamora from the Guardians of the Galaxy films and Avengers: Infinity War, but the character could have had a different look as there were more character designs being considered before she made her debut on the big screen. Andy Park, Director of Visual Development at Marvel Studios, recently shared a look at what Gamora could have looked like through his Instagram page. Below you can view the concept art he shared.

As you can see, the character could have had a much more different look compared to what she looks like in the recent films she’s appeared in. Still maintaining the warrior aspect of the character, there is much more to her face in this newly-shared concept art. Perhaps this look didn’t mix well with the world James Gunn wanted to establish for Guardians of the Galaxy.

After the events of Avengers: Infinity War, who knows what more we could be seeing for Gamora. There is no new information as of yet, but if she was a big part of Thanos’ story in gaining the Infinity Stones, then there could be a chance we have not seen the last of the character.
