The new sequel which serves as a direct follow-up to the original film from John Carpenter — ignoring all other installments in the franchise — features scream queen Jamie Lee Curtis reprising her role as Laurie Strode as she comes face to face for her final confrontation with Michael Myers.
The new clip, which was first revealed back at San Diego Comic-Con, features the Boogeyman out on the prowl on Halloween night making what could be one of his first kills after he’s returned to Haddonfield, Illinois before acquiring his weapon of choice. The sequence features several long takes of Michael reminiscent of 1981’s Halloween II. Check it out below!
