‘Halloween’ Producer Hints At Potential Sequel Discussions

2018’s Halloween was the latest entry in the iconic horror franchise that featured the return of Jamie Lee Curtis in her iconic role as Laurie Strode. The sequel ignored the numerous sequels that followed the 1978 Halloween from acclaimed director John Carpenter and went on to become a box office success, grossing $153.9 million domestically and $254.3 million in worldwide totals.

Halloween was released by both Universal Pictures and Blumhouse Productions, the latter of which was founded by Academy Award-nominated producer Jason Blum, who also serves as its CEO. On his official Twitter account, Blum shared a photo of him alongside Halloween star Jamie Lee Curtis, who is holding a box for an action figure of Laurie Strode. Along with the photo, Blum reveals that they were “discussing stuff””:
