Taron Egerton & Jack Reynor Respond To Han Solo Rumors

Plenty of young actors, such as Miles Teller, Alden Ehrenreich, Ansel Elgort and Taron Egerton, have been rumored for the role of Han Solo in the Phil Lord and Chris Miller-directed spin-off movie. Earlier this week, Teller opened up about the reports on a podcast appearance, and now two other contenders for the coveted role have addressed the rumors.

Kingsman: The Secret Service star Taron Egerton recently dropped by the The Jonathan Ross Show, where he was asked about the rumors regarding his audition for the role. Obviously, he couldn’t reveal whether or not they are indeed true, but the interview is still worth checking out. You can watch it below.

Meanwhile, Jack Reynor, who has been doing the press rounds for Sing Street, was also asked about the rumors in an interview with JOE.ie. While the actor couldn’t really talk about them, he did confirm that he auditioned for J.J. Abrams’ Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Check out what he had to say at the 3:45 minute mark in the video below.

What do you guys think? Would you like to see Egerton or Reynor in the role of Han Solo, or would you prefer another young actor? Let us know in the comment section.
