‘Hellboy’ Star David Harbour Unveils Thunderous New Motion Poster

Hellboy star David Harbour has unveiled a new motion poster for the upcoming reboot.

Earlier today, a new poster for the Hellboy reboot was unveiled and now David Harbour has shared an electrifying new motion-poster for the anticipated film. Included in the accompanying caption was David Harbour’s own hint of what fans can expect from the reboot:

“April 12th showers bring one Big Red Flower, beast of the apocalypse, The right hand of doom, the buttkicker of the BPRD, and a host of all kinds of big ole giants and witches and fairies and janky overgrown ugly pig monsters from your nightmares.”

Hellboy is aiming for an R-rating as it will have a darker, greater emphasis on horror than its predecessors as it attempts to differentiate itself from the previous films from Guillermo del Toro and go for a tone closer to that of the original source material.

Directed by Neil Marshall from a script written by co-written by character creator Mike Mignola, Andrew Cosby, Christopher Golden, and Aron Coleite, Hellboy stars David Harbour, Milla Jovovich, Ian McShane, Sasha Lane, and Daniel Dae Kim.

Hellboy will be released in theaters on April 12, 2019.
