Henry Cavill swaps Superman's cape for Bond's pistol.
Henry Cavill is one of the best actors to play Superman and he’s also proved time and time again that his acting skills can be put to good use in other well-known franchises like The Witcher and Mission: Impossible. In a recent interview, Cavill mentioned that he’d love to take a shot at playing James Bond after Daniel Craig and it’s easy to see how the British actor could step into 007’s shoes after Cary Joji Fukunaga’s No Time To Die.
Outside of The Witcher and Superman, audiences have also seen Henry Cavill play the nefarious CIA operative August Walker in Mission: Impossible – Fallout, so the actor definitely has experience playing a super spy. However, this fan art from Instagram user “Spdrmnkyxxiii” tweaks a poster from the recent Netflix film Enola Holmes to show just what Cavill could like if he replaced Daniel Craig as James Bond. With the suit and the character’s iconic Walther PPK pistol, he definitely looks the part. You can see Henry Cavill as the iconic superspy below.
