Henry Cavill Transforms Into Superman Villain Bizarro In Awesome Image

Henry Cavill becomes Superman villain Bizarro in an incredible new piece of fan art.

Henry Cavill’s Superman kicked off the DC Extended Universe in the 2013 movie Man of Steel. This Superman origin story, directed by Zack Snyder, introduced fans to newcomer Henry Cavill as the titular hero before his return in 2016’s Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. This film, also directed by Zack Snyder, featured Henry Cavill’s Superman clashing with Ben Affleck’s Bruce Wayne, aka Batman. The duo then returned alongside each other and a whole team of heroes in 2017’s Justice League.

Despite appearing in two post-Man of Steel Superman movies, Henry Cavill has yet to do a true Man of Steel 2. Fans have theorized which villains could join Henry Cavill in the sequel and one of the most talked about foes is Bizarro. The villain Bizarro is particularly iconic due to his Superman aesthetic clashed with a much darker color scheme.

Check out what Henry Cavill could look like as Superman villain Bizarro, thanks to the talented artist TheMainManCreation, in the post below.

Bizarro first appeared in Superboy issue #68 in 1958. After Bizarro appeared as a Superboy doppelganger in the fifties, he returned as a demented mirrored version of Superman. Bizarro has appeared in various video games, books, shows, and animated movies over the years. Despite Bizarro being an iconic Superman character, he has yet to appear on the big screen.

Henry Cavill doesn’t have another Superman movie announced but he will be appearing in the Netflix series The Witcher later this year.  Henry Cavill is set to play the lead role, Geralt. Despite no movie being announced, Henry Cavill hasn’t officially stepped down from the Superman role just yet.

We’ll be sure to keep you updated on all news regarding Henry Cavill’s future in the DCEU as soon as more information becomes available. Would you like to see Henry Cavill play both Superman and Bizarro in a Man of Steel sequel? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below!

Neither Bizarro or Superman have a movie out now but fans can still visit the DCEU in theaters thanks to Shazam!, read the synopsis here:

Directed by David F. Sandberg, Shazam! stars Zachary Levi, Asher Angel, Mark Strong, Jack Dylan Grazer, Grace Fulton, Faithe Herman, Ian Chen, Jovan Armand, Cooper Andrews, Marta Milans, and Djimon Hounsou.

We all have a superhero inside us, it just takes a bit of magic to bring it out. In Billy Batson’s (Angel) case, by shouting out one word—SHAZAM!—this streetwise 14-year-old foster kid can turn into the adult Super Hero Shazam (Levi), courtesy of an ancient wizard. Still a kid at heart—inside a ripped, godlike body—Shazam revels in this adult version of himself by doing what any teen would do with superpowers: have fun with them! Can he fly? Does he have X-ray vision? Can he shoot lightning out of his hands? Can he skip his social studies test? Shazam sets out to test the limits of his abilities with the joyful recklessness of a child. But he’ll need to master these powers quickly in order to fight the deadly forces of evil controlled by Dr. Thaddeus Sivana (Strong).

Shazam! is playing in theaters today!
