There’s still a few weeks before Henry Cavill’s The Witcher arrives on Netflix, but one of his co-stars on the fantasy series recently revealed she’s never actually watched any of the movies he’s been in before playing Geralt of Rivia. Freya Allan plays Ciri in Henry Cavill’s The Witcher, a character who has the potential to change the world in dramatic ways. The series will focus on Henry Cavill’s Geralt, Anya Chalotra’s Yennefer and Freya Allan’s Ciri as they embark on a dangerous journey filled with monsters and otherworldly threats.
But in a recent interview ahead of The Witcher‘s debut on Netflix, Freya Allan revealed that she’s never watched any of Henry Cavill’s work when asked which of his films would make a good stand-alone television series. The Witcher star did later mention Henry Cavill’s role in Mission Impossible – Fallout because she’d heard positive things about the thriller. Take a look at the interview ahead of Henry Cavill’s The Witcher below.
“I haven’t actually watched any of his movies. Sorry, Henry. I know what it would be anyway; it would be his role in [Mission: Impossible – Fallout]. Purely because I’ve heard very, very good things about it.”
Are you surprised Henry Cavill’s co-star hasn’t seen any of his other work? Are you looking forward to watching The Witcher on Netflix? Tell us in the comments!
