Superman Actor Henry Cavill Shows Off ‘The Witcher’ Injury In New Photo

Superman actor Henry Cavill is teasing fans about his upcoming Netflix series The Witcher with a look at an apparent injury from the set.

The Witcher is coming to Netflix later this year, with Henry Cavill in the lead role of Geralt. The Superman actor can be seen as Geralt in the image above and now he’s giving fans a closer look at one of his scars obtained on-set in a new image.

Henry Cavill took to Instagram to show off an intense scar without any context of how he obtained it aside from him tagging Netflix and The Witcher in the post. Check out Henry Cavill’s The Witcher scar in the post below.

Henry Cavill’s Superman first hit the big screen in 2013’s Man of Steel, which then led to his return in 2016’s Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. The DC Extended Universe team-up film saw Henry Cavill’s Superman meet his demise at the hands of Doomsday, but he was later resurrected in 2017’s Justice League.

Henry Cavill’s future as Superman remains uncertain but the actor has not officially announced his departure from the DCEU just yet. Henry Cavill will next be seen leading the Netflix fantasy series The Witcher, based on the same book series that spawned the hit video game franchise.
