Henry Cavill Wants To Play A ‘Star Wars’ Villain In The Future

It seems like Zack Snyder isn’t the only DC member to have a deep love for Star Wars, as Henry Cavill has revealed a desire to have a role in the franchise.

With Rogue One on the horizon, it seems like Zack Snyder isn’t the only DC member to have a deep love for Star Wars, as Henry Cavill has revealed a desire to have a role in the franchise. The actor, who plays Superman, posted a scuba selfie on Instagram to reveal his love for Star Wars.

The caption reads “When you love being Superman but you secretly want to be a bad guy in Star Wars too!” So it seems like Superman truly does have a dark side. Perhaps Henry Cavill would want his villain costume to resemble his menacing scuba gear as well.

Would you like to see Henry Cavill join Star Wars? What villains from the existing canon do you think he should play? Let us know in the comments down below!

Here’s the official synopsis for the next Star Wars movie, Rogue One:

In a time of conflict, a group of unlikely heroes band together on a mission to steal the plans to the Death Star, the Empire’s ultimate weapon of destruction. This key event in the Star Wars timeline brings together ordinary people who choose to do extraordinary things, and in doing so, become part of something greater than themselves.

Rogue One: A Star Wars Story hits theaters on December 16th.
