HOT RUMOR: What The Villain Is After In ‘Wonder Woman’

Last month, our peeps at JoBlo dropped some juicy details about the upcoming Wonder Woman which starts shooting this month. Through my sources, I was able to get a solid piece on intel on what Ares, the villain of the movie is after. Now the following is unconfirmed and could change during production so take with a grain of salt as always pending further confirmation yet interesting nonetheless.

So sources tell me that Ares has a blade he stole from the Amazons, it has enough power to make him the most powerful God and take over Olympus. However, the sword is locked and to activate it Ares wants to start World War 3 and use the power he will get from it to open the powers of the blade. As the God of War, Ares draws and nourishes his powers from malevolent psychic energy. After the final battle at the end of Wonder Woman, the sword disappears and Diana is supposedly looking for it in Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice. 

Remember, as previously reported Wonder Woman takes place before the events of Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice so the aforementioned gives Diana another reason to be on Earth besides keeping tabs on the meta humans. Pretty cool stuff.

Wonder Woman drops in theaters on June 23rd, 2017.
