‘Avengers: Endgame’ May Have Just Revealed How Hulk Returns

The new Avengers: Endgame trailer may have revealed how the Hulk returns.

After the Hulk was defeated by Thanos aboard the Asgardian refugee ship in Avengers: Infinity War, Bruce Banner returned to Earth and discovered his green alter-ego was unwilling to emerge even in the direst situations. However, promotional art for Avengers: Endgame revealed the Green Goliath will return and a new theory suggests the Hulk will decide to re-emerge during an assault on Avengers headquarters.

At one point during the trailer, Ant-Man is seen leaping off of pencils in what appears to be an office that has been hit by an explosion. Later, shots of Captain America and Nebula standing among wreckage and ruins are shown, leading fans to believe these scenes take place in the same location and that Avengers headquarters will be attacked early in the film. Because the preview reveals a quick shot of Bruce Banner at the base, the new theory proposes Hulk will return to protect himself and the defenseless Banner should such an assault on the headquarters take place.
