‘Game Of Thrones’ Star Iain Glen Suits Up As Batman For ‘Titans’ In New Image

Incredible new artwork transforms Game of Thrones star Iain Glen into Batman ahead of his debut as the character in Titans season two.

Titans was the first original series to hit the DC Universe streaming service and thanks to great word-of-mouth, the series is getting a second season. Titans season two is in the midst of production and earlier today it was revealed that Game of Thrones actor Iain Glen will be playing Batman in the series when it returns.

A very talented DC fan by the name of Kunal Chopra took to Twitter to show off his impressive fan art that has Iain Glen donning Batman’s iconic Batsuit. Check out the awesome fan art of the Game of Thrones star as Batman for Titans season two in the post below.

Batman did make a brief appearance in season one of Titans but he was not played by Iain Glen. In fact, Batman’s face was kept mainly hidden from the camera because unbeknownst to Dick Grayson (Brenton Thwaites) the story fans were seeing was taking place in a nefarious vision instead of reality. The arc took place in the final episode of Titans season one and now fans will get to see Iain Glen truly bring the character to the DC Universe original series in season two.

Iain Glen fans have some exciting upcoming places t0 see the actor in. First, he will return in the final season of HBO’s Game of Thrones, which begins very shortly. After that, Iain Glen will be seen as Batman in Titans season two, though no release date for the new season has been announced just yet.

We’ll be sure to keep you updated on all news regarding Batman’s arrival to Titans as soon as more information becomes available. Are you looking forward to Iain Glen joining the cast of Titans? Titans follows a grown-up Dick Grayson working as a Detective in Detroit, having left his nights with the Caped Crusader long in the past due to having fundamental differences with Batman’s methods and approach to crimefighting before becoming the leader of the heroes known as the Titans. Production on the show’s second season is currently underway.

The series stars Brenton Thwaites as Robin, Anna Diop as Starfire, Teagan Croft as Raven, Ryan Potter as Beast Boy, Alan Ritchson as Hawk and Minka Kelly as Dove.
