New ‘Injustice 2’ Trailer Puts The Spotlight On The Villains

A brand new trailer for Injustice 2 has confirmed the addition of Captain Cold and Scarecrow to the game's massive roster.

The Injustice 2 trailers keep on coming ahead of the game’s release this May, with the latest one putting the spotlight on some of the villains. Gorilla Grodd and Bane are featured in the new sneak peek, but we also get our very first look at two newly-revealed characters: Captain Cold and Scarecrow. You can check out the full thing below.

In addition, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has also unveiled the following character posters for the two villains, who join previously announced DC Comics icons such as Superman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Supergirl, Black Canary, Firestorm, Harley Quinn and Blue Beetle, among many other playable characters.

Injustice 2 is the follow-up to 2013’s Injustice: Gods Among Us, developed by NetherRealm Studios, the team behind the Mortal Kombat series.

Injustice 2 is the super-powered sequel to the hit game Injustice: Gods Among Us that allows players to build and power up the ultimate version of their favorite DC characters. Featuring a massive selection of DC Super Heroes and Super-Villains, players can personalize iconic DC characters with unique and powerful gear earned throughout the game. Additionally, for the first time, gamers can take control of how their characters look, fight and develop across a variety of game modes.

Injustice 2 arrives for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on May 16. Are you excited?
