Internet Reacts To Jon Cryer Joining ‘Supergirl’ As Lex Luthor

Warner Bros. and The CW announced earlier this afternoon that Two and a Half Men’s Jon Cryer will be making his debut this season on Supergirl in the iconic role of Superman villain Lex Luthor.

Naturally, fans have a lot to say about Cryer joining the series, with reactions ranging all across the board. Cryer himself is no stranger to comic book properties or even the Luthor family as the actor previously played Lenny Luthor, Lex Luthor’s nephew in Superman IV: The Quest for Peace.

The series was confirmed to introduce Superman’s iconic arch-nemesis Lex Luthor in the fourth season as a recurring character earlier this year by executive producers Robert Rovner and Jessica Queller. You can check out the reaction from fans below!

Supergirl airs on Sunday at 8:00 P.M. on The CW.
