VIDEO: ‘Iron Fist’ Star Jessica Henwick On Her Role As Martial Artist Colleen Wing

In less than one week Iron Fist, the latest installment of Netflix‘s Marvel Cinematic Universe entries, will premiere before the titular hero joins The Defenders later this year. One of the allies our new hero will meet on his debut series will be Colleen Wing, a martial arts instructor with a mysterious past. Now, Netflix has released a new featurette offering fans an in-depth look at the character and her relationship with Danny Rand.

The video features series stars Jessica Henwick and Finn Jones as they discuss Colleen’s past and how the dynamic between both of their character’s will unfold over the course of the season.

Here’s a synopsis for the series:

Fifteen years after being presumed dead in a plane crash, Danny Rand mysteriously returns to New York City determined to reclaim his birthright and family company. However, when a long-destined enemy rises in New York, this living weapon is forced to choose between his family’s legacy and his duties as the Iron Fist.

Iron Fist stars Finn Jones, Jessica Henwick, David Wenham, Jessica Stroup, Tom Pelphrey and Carrie-Anne Moss.

Iron First will be released on Netflix on March 17, 2017.
