The Iron Spider suit will be in action during Avengers: Infinity War and a closer look shows off a new addition taken straight from the source material.
Twitter user @itsdxvid has posted this look at a Spider-Man statue from Infinity War:
The statue shows off the spider legs taken directly from the Iron Spider costume from the comics. In the comics, the legs were used for traversal as well as protection. The concept made their return during Dan Slott’s Superior Spider-Man series, which saw Doctor Octopus take over Peter Parker’s body and assume his duties as Spider-Man. This new addition will certainly make Spider-Man a force to be reckoned with once he goes toe-to-toe with Thanos and his followers in Avengers: Infinity War.
What do you think of Spider-Man’s new look in Avengers: Infinity War? Would you like to see the new suit appear in the Spider-Man: Homecoming sequel as well? Let us know in the comments below!
