Not much has been shown from It: Chapter Two so far and fans are eagerly awaiting the first footage from the highly-anticipated sequel. The first film was a huge success critically and financially, breaking box office records all across the globe when it opened in 2017. The adaptation of the second half of Stephen King’s novel has brought in an all-star cast, including Mama star Jessica Chastain.
Jessica Chastain will portray an older Beverly Marsh, who was played by Sophia Lillis in the first film. On Wednesday night’s episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Jessica Chastain teased a lot of blood is coming in the upcoming sequel:
“I’m going to say something, and I think I’m going to be in trouble, but I’m going to do it. It might be a spoiler. But in the movie, there’s a scene that someone said on set that it’s the most blood that’s ever been in a horror film in a scene. And I’ll tell you, the next day I was like pulling blood out of my eyeballs. Fake blood!”
The first film featured a pretty bloody scene with a young Beverly, how do you think this Chapter Two scene will top it? Comment below!
