Jeremy Renner Says Hawkeye Was Originally In ‘Avengers: Infinity War’

Jeremy Renner recently revealed that Hawkeye was meant to be featured at the end of Avengers: Infinity War and not at the start of Endgame.

During the Celebrity Fan Fest in San Antonio, Texas, Jeremy Renner said that Hawkeye originally appeared at the end of Infinity War and not in the opening scene of Endgame. Jeremy Renner’s confession comes after directors Joe and Anthony Russo also stated that Hawkeye’s introduction into the Thanos and the Infinity Stones conflict would work better if it was used in Endgame first and not as a cliffhanger in Infinity War.
