Jeremy Renner Confirms His Set Injuries Not From Shooting 'Avengers: Infinity War'. 'Avengers: Infinity War' will be hitting theaters next year.
Jeremy Renner: “I got a lot of phone calls about that. It’s frustrating. These things that get misconstrued in the media. It’s really the most awful, strange things. These are things that can be damaging to an artist or a career. If you’re a respected actor, all of a sudden this is being said, and you’re like, ‘What?’ And that becomes the biggest news. Really, that’s news?”
Jeremy Renner also said that he hasn’t started filming Avengers: Infinity War yet. There’s no word yet on when Renner will be shooting for Avengers: Infinity War, but there are so many characters and filming is still going on, so we’re sure that Renner should be shooting his scenes soon.
Avengers: Infinity War is being directed by Joe and Anthony Russo with a script from Captain America: Winter Soldier writers Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely. The film also stars Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner, Paul Bettany, Elizabeth Olsen, Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautisa, Bradley Cooper, and Vin Diesel as well as Pom Klementieff, Michael Rooker, Karen Gillan, Tom Holland, Sebastian Stan, Chadwick Boseman, Samuel L. Jackson, Tom Hiddleston, Benicio Del Toro and Josh Brolin.
Avengers: Infinity War is slated to hit theaters May 4, 2018, with Avengers 4 set for release one year later on May 3, 2019.
