Spoilers ahead for JJ Abrams’ Spider-Man series!
It was revealed last summer that Star Wars director JJ Abrams and his son Henry would be tackling a Spider-Man series for Marvel. The Spider-Man series from Henry and JJ Abrams would last five issues, with three released so far. Spider-Man #1 was released back in October and got a lot of attention for killing off Mary Jane Watson.
The last JJ Abrams Spider-Man issue was released in December after moving back from November. Marvel also originally scheduled the fourth issue for December 11th, but it was later moved back to February 19th. Now, Marvel has delayed that issue again to April 4th. Meanwhile, Spider-Man #5 was also delayed in the process, moving from January 29th to April 15th. With the recent changes, the fifth and final Spider-Man issue from Henry and JJ Abrams will now be released on May 27th.

Here is the synopsis for Henry and JJ Abrams’ Spider-Man #4:
Now that issue #1 is out, can we finally talk about this? Ben Parker, the son of Peter and Mary Jane, has had a lot thrown at him the last few weeks. Normal high school stuff: met the love of his life, stood up to a bully, found out his dad was Spider-Man and that he has powers, too, and the super-villain that changed everything is out to get him… Yep, normal high school stuff. However, in ways that we can’t really explain here, this issue turns all THAT onto its head.
