The image comes to us courtesy of digital artist jscomicart via Instagram. Though Jon Hamm is unmistakably the man under the pointy-eared mask he is not sporting the more comic-accurate Dark Knight-inspired suit from the comic books like Ben Affleck does in the Zack Snyder films. Rather, Jon Hamm has comfortably slipped into the classic rubber getup worn by Michael Keaton in the original Tim Burton movies.
It is a look that might take a little getting used to coming off the bat-heels of Ben Affleck as the character. His design was much edgier, literally. That look utilized a bounty of harsh lines. The rounder, smoother style seen here encompassing Jon Hamm does not come off quite as threatening in comparison. Fortunately, the actor’s formidable chin brings everything together for a look that is unmistakably Batman.

Unfortunately, Ben Affleck is officially out as The Dark Knight and thus will not star in the character’s next solo outing.
Plot details for The Batman are currently under wraps, though the film will center around a younger Bruce Wayne and includes multiple villains. Matt Reeves also confirmed that it will not be directly based on Frank Miller’s Year One comic and will use of the Dark Knight’s detective skills to a greater extent than previous DC Films.
