While nothing has been confirmed, Josh Gad has been rumored to be in the running for the iconic Batman villain, the Penguin and has even helped stir the pot with a few comments here and there. With the news that Robert Pattinson was a contender for the role of Batman, Josh Gad said that he could take him in a fight. But it seems some really want to see Josh Gad become the Penguin.
The image of Josh Gad in question is about as good as these things get. It shows the actor in the familiar tuxedo with the iconic top hat of the Penguin. In addition, he has the monocle as well as a cigarette holder with his smoke lit.

The DCEU continues forward with Birds of Prey (And The Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn), on February 7, 2020, and Wonder Woman 1984 on June 5, 2020. A standalone Joker film set outside of the DC Films universe starring Joaquin Phoenix as the Clown Prince of Crime is also set to hit theaters October 4, 2019.
