You Can Watch The ‘Justice League’ Comic-Con Hall H Panel Now

Every year at San Diego Comic-Con, Warner Bros. brings out the big guns for their annual Hall H presentation. 2017 was no different, with exciting projects such as Steven Spielberg’s Ready Player One and Denis Villeneuve’s Blade Runner 2049 revealing some exciting new footage, nothing was more anticipated from WB than what they would bring for the DC Extended Universe – particularly Justice League.

Before the cast of Justice League took the stage at Hall H, WB released a brand new poster for the Zack Snyder film. The design of the poster was definitely inspired by the work of Alex Ross, and once again showcased the direction that the DCEU would be going: more traditional in portraying the heroes as fans known them rather than the deconstructionist interpretation on display in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.

As for the DC panel itself, it kicked off with the future slate of films announced onscreen. They included: Justice League, Aquaman, Shazam, Suicide Squad 2, The Batman, Justice League Dark, Batgirl, Green Lantern Corps, The Flash: Flashpoint, and Wonder Woman II. 

Chris Hardwicke, who moderated the WB panel announced that DC was ready to begin with “a bit of a splash”. From there, we see Jason Momoa fresh off a flight from Australia to promote Aquaman. Unfortunately, director James Wan did not appear in person, but Wan sent an exclusive first look for Hall H that left the crowd beaming with excitement to venture into the world of Atlantis.

Following Aquaman was of course, Justice League. Similar to the current marketing campaign, Henry Cavill was absent but Ben Affleck, Gal Gadot, Ezra Miller and Ray Fisher joined Momoa onstage to discuss the much-anticipated film. Some of the highlights included Affleck revealing that he is game to play Batman for however long WB wants him too. Other highlights included Miller’s impressive cosplay as Edward Elric from Fullmetal Alchemist, Gal Gadot’s gratefulness to the fans for the overwhelming reaction to Wonder Woman and Fisher’s comments regarding the reshoots and his praise for Joss Whedon’s involvement.
