It looks like someone really wanted to see Henry Cavill in the black Superman suit as a new image shows what this may have been like in Justice League.

The image in question is simple in design but potent in its execution. It shows Henry Cavill’s Superman, presumably in Justice League, sporting the black suit with a beard. Several reporters are interviewing Superman as Henry Cavill looks down towards the ground with his eyes closed.
