Digital artist spdrmnkyxxiii created a photo featuring Justice League star Henry Cavill in the classic Superman suit.

Henry Cavill made his debut as Superman in Zack Snyder’s Superman with a relatively darker costume than most comic book versions of the outfit. Since then, fans have created countless photos imagining what Henry Cavill’s Superman could look like with various outfits from the comics. However, a digital artist took the liberty of creating a photo featuring Henry Cavill with the classic outfit as he stands in front of the Fortress of Solitude.

Henry Cavill’s future as Superman is currently in question, with Warner Bros. reportedly planning to put the character aside for the time being. Henry Cavill exited negotiations to reprise his role as Superman last year after the studio could not reach an agreement that would have seen him return for a cameo in Shazam!. Instead, the film managed to still include the cameo with Henry Cavill’s Superman by keeping Superman’s head out of the shots he was in.

Henry Cavill can be seen as Superman in Man of Steel, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, and Justice League. Henry Cavill will next be seen in The Witcher series on Netflix. Based on the fantasy series of novels and short stories by Andrzej Sapkowski, The Witcher will follow Henry Cavill as the monster slayer for hire named Geralt of Rivia.
