‘Justice League’ Confirmed As Shortest DC Extended Universe Film To Date

We now have confirmation that Justice League, the cinematic debut of the DC superhero team, is going to be the shortest DC Extended Universe movie to date by a huge margin.

Heroic Hollywood editor-in-chief Umberto Gonzalez has confirmed the runtime for Justice League is actually 119 minutes., putting to rest wild rumours of a nearly 3-hour final cut for the movie. Check out the tweet below!

By comparison, the previous DCEU movies Man of Steel, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, Suicide Squad and Wonder Woman have clocked in at 143 minutes, 151 minutes (182 minutes for the Ultimate Cut), 123 minutes (136 minutes for the Extended Cut), and 141 minutes respectively. Hopefully a lean runtime like this can equal up to a solid superhero movie and a worthy debut for the iconic superhero alliance.

Directed by Zack Snyder, Justice League stars Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Gal Gadot, Jason Momoa, Ezra Miller, Ray Fisher, Amy Adams, Jeremy Irons, Ciáran Hinds, Diane Lane, Connie Nielsen, and J.K. Simmons. Here’s the official synopsis:
