It was recently revealed that the 2017 Justice League film was going to be filming in a remote location in Iceland in either October or November of this year. Now, new images from the Icelandic set have surfaced online via Twitter .
Check out the tweet below:
The images surfaced on a Portugese Justice League Twitter account and show some of the set structures from the outside, as well as what appears to be the RV parking area for the cast and crew.
My best guess is that the set is that of the fishing town Bruce Wayne goes to to recruit Aquaman. The buildings are right on the water and the feel of the location is remote. We know from the Justice League Comic Con trailer that Batman goes to a remote fishing town for Arthur Curry, and this is probably where he finds him (the outside at least, as we’ve already seen the inside during the trailer). Keep in mind this is complete speculation.
Do you think that the set is where Bruce finds Aquaman? What else do you think it could be? Let us know your thoughts below in the comments.
Justice League is slated for a November 17th, 2017 release date.
