‘Justice League’: Ray Fisher Says He Would Still Risk His Career For Zack Snyder

Cyborg actor Ray Fisher expressed his willingness to risk it all for Justice League director Zack Snyder.

After making a cameo appearance in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, fans were properly introduced to Ray Fisher’s Cyborg in Zack Snyder’s Justice League. While future plans for Ray Fisher’s Cyborg included a standalone film, there has been little to no word on the status of the project after Warner Bros. opted to reassess their plans for the DCEU following the disappointing performance of Justice League, which had been significantly retooled following Zack Snyder’s exit.

Since the theatrical release of Justice League, fans have been calling on Warner Bros. to release Zack Snyder’s original cut of the film and Ray Fisher has been an ardent supporter of both the two-year-long campaign as well as the filmmaker as a person. When one Justice League fan took to Twitter to say that Ray Fisher has been risking his career by supporting Zack Snyder, the Cyborg actor replied that he would, “do it again in a heartbeat.”

Here is the official synopsis for Zack Snyder’s Justice League:

Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.

Directed by Zack Snyder, Justice League stars Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Amy Adams, Gal Gadot, Ezra Miller, Jason Momoa, Ray Fisher, Jeremy Irons, Diane Lane, Connie Nielsen, J. K. Simmons, and Ciarán Hinds.

Justice League is now available on Blu-Ray, DVD, and Digital HD.
