Karen Page Will Return For Second Season Of ‘The Punisher’

Deborah Ann Woll’s Karen Page is set to return into Frank Castle’s life when the second season of Marvel’s The Punisher series hits Netflix in January.

Despite the hell that she endured in the third season of Daredevil not too long ago, Karen Page will be back alongside Frank, as confirmed by showrunner Steve Lightfoot. During a Collider set visit, Lightfoot confirmed that Karen will have a presence in Frank’s life once again since “that relationship continues to be very important.”

And indeed, Karen Page’s appearance in The Punisher, building off of the bond established in the second season of Daredevil, has helped bring out the humanity in Frank Castle. At the same time, Karen’s investigative and reporter skills proved vital to Frank’s journey in the first season. More than that, she was vital during Lewis’ breakdown towards the end of the first season.

It remains to be seen how integral Karen Page will be in The Punisher this time. In addition, we’ll have to see how much, if at all, she’s been affected by the recent events over on Daredevil and if that will influence her character at all when she’s back alongside Frank.
