DC League of Super-Pets is set to be the first of many animated DC projects that Warner Bros. had under its belt. Focusing on the super pets of DC’s favorite superheroes, DC League of Super-Pets has the potential to be one of the studio’s biggest hits thanks to brand recognition and the allure of animated films.

Dwayne Johnson Reveals Intensity Of ‘Black Adam’ Training

Today, Dwayne Johnson unveiled the official voice for DC League of Super-Pets. It’s set to star heavy hitters, including Johnson’s frequent on-screen duo Kevin Hart and the internet’s favorite Keanu Reeves. Hart is set to star as Ace, Batman’s dog. Other stars announced for DC League of Super-Pets include Kate McKinnon, John Krasinski, Vanessa Bayer, Natasha Lyonne, and Diego Luna. It’s uncertain who these actors will be playing at the moment.

Dwayne Johnson revealed the DC League of Super-Pets cast in a slick promotional teaser that showcased the film’s logo and the first solid look at Krypto. The entire cast announcement is set to John William’s iconic Superman theme.

‘Black Adam’ Producer Hints Dwayne Johnson Might Star In ‘Many’ Sequels

Dwayne Johnson is also set to star in and as Black Adam for DC.

In addition to Dwayne Johnson, Black Adam also stars Aldis Hodge as Hawkman, Noah Centineo as Atom Smasher, Quintessa Swindell as Cyclone and Pierce Brosnan as Doctor Fate. Sarah Shahi, Marwan Kenzari, James Cusati-Moyer and Bodhi Sabongui are also on board in undisclosed roles.

Dwayne Johnson, Dany Garcia and Hiram Garcia of Seven Bucks Productions are producing the Black Adam movie with Beau Flynn of FlynnPictureCo. FlynnPictureCo’s Scott Sheldon serves as an executive producer.
