Captain Marvel will introduce Brie Larson’s Carol Danvers to the MCU and the fan-favorite heroine is being touted as the most powerful character in the cinematic universe, with previews for the film offers a glimpse at her awesome power. However, Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige informed fans that no character is powerful enough to be invulnerable and hinted that we may see that for ourselves in the future:
“I think, as with some of the other characters you’ve mentioned, there are no characters — certainly no Marvel characters — that are invulnerable and that are immortal. They can all be killed at some point as Loki says to Thor in Avengers 1. So we may see that at some point, introduce that at some point.”

Set in the 1990s, Marvel Studios’ “Captain Marvel” is an all-new adventure from a previously unseen period in the history of the Marvel Cinematic Universe that follows the journey of Carol Danvers as she becomes one of the universe’s most powerful heroes.
