Admittedly, when it comes to geek culture and Kevin Smith, you can be sure of two things: he’ll love it, and if it’s a movie, it will make a billion dollars. But not only is Kevin Smith psyched to see Captain Marvel in Avengers: Endgame, he’s hoping to see Captain America smash Thanos, as the director has still not gotten over the snap from the end of Infinity War. Hey, he could always watch the trailer for Far From Home to know that at least Peter, Nick Fury, and Maria Hill will be back.
But let’s not bury the lede. After the Super Bowl spot for Avengers: Endgame, Kevin Smith took to Twitter to share his excitement for the film, as well as the knowledge that Captain Marvel is on the way. Chances are she’ll have a thing or two for Thanos. But here’s Smith’s reaction in the tweet below to show his excitement for Endgame:
We’re a little over a month away from the Captain Marvel film, which will no doubt set up Carol Danvers’ arrival to help the remaining heroes in Avengers: Endgame. But what did you think of the Super Bowl spot? More than that, what do you make of Kevin Smith’s excitement to see Captain Marvel take on Thanos in the upcoming Avengers film? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
