Kevin Smith recently saw the film and gave it a glowing review. Knowing his knowledge of comic books, that is certainly some high praise and recently he appeared in a video for WIRED explaining the entire on-screen history of Spider-Man from both television and film.
The most popular Marvel superhero has had a prolific history on both film and TV, which has helped endear the character to generations of fans. Whether your favorite iteration came on the big or small screen, it is always great to remember that there’s a Spider-Man for just about anyone.
