The first trailer for the final season showed Harington’s Jon Snow, along with his sisters Arya (Maisie Williams) and Sansa Stark (Sophie Turner) exploring the the crypts within Winterfell. It is here where they come across statues of themselves, which seem to be foreboding of death. According to an interview with The Zoe Ball Breakfast Show, Harington is keeping his statue:
“I kept that statue. You know, the one in the crypt. I kept it, they sent it to my house. So I’ve got it in my shed. How sad is that? I was the only one who kept their statue that’s how narcissistic I am.”
Harington jokingly said that he wanted to make make his statue into more of a water feature, possibly as a fountain on his estate. See the full interview below:
