‘Kong: Skull Island’ Comic-Con Trailer Debuts Online

Following its highly anticipated debut at San Diego Comic-Con this morning, Legendary and Warner Bros. have released the first official trailer for Jordan Vogt-Roberts’ Kong: Skull Island, giving us our first look at the upcoming movie, which looks absolutely fantastic. While the trailer doesn’t feature a lot of King Kong footage, we do get to see a lot from the main characters of the movie. As for Kong, I’m definitely looking forward to seeing him go toe-to-toe with Godzilla in a few years, because he looks massive.

You can watch the Comic-Con trailer below.

Here’s the official Kong: Skull Island synopsis:

Warner Bros. Pictures and Legendary Pictures’ “Kong: Skull Island” reimagines the origin of the mythic Kong in a compelling, original adventure from director Jordan Vogt-Roberts. In the film, a diverse team of explorers is brought together to venture deep into an uncharted island in the Pacific—as beautiful as it is treacherous—unaware that they’re crossing into the domain of the mythic Kong.

Starring Tom Hiddleston, Samuel L. Jackson, Brie Larson, Jason Mitchell, Corey Hawkins, Toby Kebbell, Tom Wilkinson, Thomas Mann, Terry Notary, John Goodman and John C. Reilly, Kong: Skull Island opens in theaters on March 10, 2017.
