The latest Wonder Woman 1984 trailer offers fans a first look at Kristen Wiig’s Cheetah in action.

Earlier today, Warner Bros. dropped a brand new trailer for Wonder Woman 1984 during the film’s DC FanDome panel. The sneak peek includes a ton of fresh footage from the highly-anticipated DC Comics movie, including the first glimpses of Kristen Wiig’s Barbara Ann Minerva as Cheetah.

The Wonder Woman 1984 sneak peek features Kristen Wiig’s Cheetah going head-to-head with Gal Gadot’s Diana Prince, with the latter wearing her stunning Golden Eagle armor. You can see Wiig as Cheetah in the screenshots below.

In the comics, Barbara Ann Minerva was born the heiress to a vast fortune and grew up to be an archaeologist. The ambitious, deeply selfish Minerva searched throughout Africa for a specific tribe who was protected by a mysterious female guardian who was linked to the Cheetah. After the guardian was murdered by a group of bandits, Minerva underwent a ritual to become the next individual infused with Cheetah-like powers.

Full details on Wonder Woman 1984‘s plot are currently under wraps, but the film is said to follow Gal Gadot’s Diana Prince as she comes into conflict with a formidable new adversary named Cheetah and businessman Maxwell Lord. Wonder Woman was last seen in Zack Snyder’s DC superhero team-up movie Justice League.

Directed by Patty Jenkins from a script she co-wrote with David Callaham and a treatment she developed with Geoff Johns, the film stars Gal Gadot, Chris Pine, Kristen Wiig, Pedro Pascal, Natasha Rothwell, Ravi Patel, Gabriella Wilde, Connie Nielson, and Robin Wright.
