While the next Arrowverse crossover looms over all the heroes in the upcoming season of shows, LaMonica Garrett’s Monitor prepares for war with some light reading to get ready for the battle ahead. LaMonica Garrett made his debut as The Monitor in the last Arrowverse crossover before warning of another coming battle that would put the universe at stake. Oliver Queen made a deal with LaMonica Garrett’s Monitor to help save the Arrowverse, so it’s obvious he’ll be on the heroes’ side in the next crossover.
But behind-the-scenes, LaMonica Garrett can be seen preparing for the next Arrowverse crossover by reading the classic Crisis On Infinite Earths graphic novel by Marv Wolfman and George Perez. The book is a great way of preparing for the next Arrowverse crossover when it arrives in December. LaMonica Garrett joked with Arrowverse fans in his caption, saying “The Monitor out here cheating… A Crisis is Coming”. Take a look at the photo below.

Crisis On Infinite Earths will span two quarters and consist of Arrow, The Flash, Supergirl, Legends of Tomorrow, and Batwoman. The Arrowverse crossover will launch with three episodes in December before concluding with two additional episodes in January.
In addition to the regular cast members of each Arrowverse series, Crisis on Infinite Earths will also feature appearances by Tyler Hoechlin as Superman, Brandon Routh as Kingdom Come Superman and Ray Palmer/The Atom, LaMonica Garrett as the Anti-Monitor, Jon Cryer as Lex Luthor, Tom Cavanagh as Pariah, Elizabeth Tulloch as Lois Lane, Cress Williams as Black Lightning, Kevin Conroy as Bruce Wayne, Johnathon Schaech as Jonah Hex. Burt Ward is also on board in an undisclosed role.
