‘Legends Of Tomorrow’ Stars Tease Hawkman’s Soaring Return

Fans of DC’s Legends of Tomorrow may have been surprised when Hawkman/Carter Hall (Falk Hentschel) was killed off by Vandal Savage (Casper Crump) early on within the series. While Hawkman hasn’t been featured recently with the possibility of time travel and reincarnation, his character could easily return.

Legends star Ciara Renee (Hawkgirl) teased Hawkman’s return on her Instagram, posting a picture of the two back together again. “Nothing can tear us apart,” wrote Renee.

Hentschel also got in on the action, posting his own picture. Joking that he and Renee really don’t get along well at all.

These two images seem to hint strongly at the return of Hawkman on Legends of Tomorrow.

Executive producer Phil Klemmer spoke with TV Guide previously and explained that it is very possible to see this character return.

“The tragedy is [Kendra] just came to believe what he was saying was true — the fact that they were destined to fall in love in this life and every life that has preceded it. That happened on the eve of Vandal killing him,” he says. “What we’re going to explore in our show is her gradually remembering all the lives they had together in various time periods and how they inform this life, how everything she’s learned in her 208 deaths will give her the strength and power and knowledge on how to not fail this time, when she will ultimately confront Vandal Savage.”
