‘Legends Of Tomorrow’ To Feature Albert Einstein

The CW’s DC shows are getting ready to start production of their new seasons this coming month in Vancouver, Canada, including DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, the shared Arrow/The Flash spin-off series. TV Line revealed today that Rip Hunter and his time traveling legends will be running into one very iconic person in history who is none other than Albert Einstein! Here is what TV Line teased about that episode.

“Look for the Legends of Tomorrow crew to cross paths with a circa-1942 Albert Einstein in Season 2, but they’re disillusioned to discover that the legendary scientist is a snarky, brusque skirt-chaser. Needless to say, he proves to be quite a handful when they attempt to save his life.”

This news follows the recent announcements of Nick Zano joining the show as a series regular in the role of DC Comics’ Citizen Steel, a player from the Justice Society of America which will be a huge focus in Season 2. In addition, The CW and Warner Bros. TV recently announced that Maise Richardson-Sellers will be portraying Mari McCabe’s grandmother, Amaya Jwie, who will be Vixen from the past, who will also be a series regular and is described as followed:

“Amaya Jiwe – better known as Vixen – is the newest superhero to board the Waverider and join the ranks of the Legends of Tomorrow. Like her granddaughter, Mari McCabe, Amaya’s powers are derived from the mysterious Tantu Totem, which allows her to magically access the abilities of animals.”

DC’s Legends of Tomorrow Season 2 is set to begin on Thursday, October 13 at 8/7c on The CW. Are you excited to see Albert Einstein on DC’s Legends of Tomorrow? Who would you cast as the legendary scientist? Let us know in the comments below!
