Lewis Tan recently talked about working on New Line Cinema’s Mortal Kombat movie, but it looks like he might’ve cryptically revealed his role in the film in a clever way. The actor took to Twitter to reminisce about his father working on film sets, and playing on the crash mats that stuntmen use. But Mortal Kombat fans have quickly theorised what he’s actually referencing.
In his tweet, Lewis Tan included a photo of himself on the crash mats onset explaining that he’s now leading a film instead of just playing on the mats. But his cross legged position is the exact same pose that Mortal Kombat character Kung Lao sits in when he meditates. So many fans believe that it was Lewis Tan’s way of revealing his role in the new Mortal Kombat movie. Take a look at his tweet below.
Do you think Lewis Tan is playing Kung Lao in the film or is he just playing with the fans? Let us know in the comments.
