‘Terminator: Dark Fate’ Director Shares New Look At Linda Hamilton In Upcoming Trailer

Terminator: Dark Fate director Tim Miller teased the arrival of the film’s first trailer with a new image of Linda Hamilton.

Linda Hamilton made her debut as Sarah Connor in James Cameron’s 1984 film The Terminator. Since then, the character has become one of the most iconic ’80s heroes of all time. Linda Hamilton later returned to the role of Sarah Connor in James Cameron’s 1991 sequel Terminator 2: Judgement Day. Later this year, she’ll be returning to the role once more in Terminator: Dark Fate.

Terminator: Dark Fate is the latest addition to the long-running franchise, which has recruited Deadpool director Tim Miller to helm the movie. The official Terminator: Dark Fate Twitter account recently Tweeted a message from Tim Miller, as well as an image from the first trailer, featuring Linda Hamilton sporting a rocket launcher. Take a look at the awesome image from the Terminator: Dark Fate trailer in the post below.

Although Linda Hamilton did not appear on screen in any Terminator sequels after Judgement Day, aside from Dark Fate, her voice did appear in 2003’s Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines and 2009’s Terminator: Salvation. Linda Hamilton’s character Sarah Conner did make appearances in the TV series Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles and Terminator: Genisys. Both times, she was portrayed by a Game of Thrones star.

In The Sarah Connor Chronicles, Linda Hamilton’s iconic character was portrayed by Lena Headey. In 2015’s Terminator: Genisys, the most recent addition to the franchise, the character was played by Emilia Clarke.
