First Official Poster For ‘Power Rangers’ Released

We recently learned the tagline for the Power Rangers reboot and now the first official poster for the movie has arrived, featuring Jason, Trini, Billy, Kimberly and Zack. However, the heroes aren’t wearing their costumes here (honestly, is there anyone who actually wants to see them without them?), but it’s a pretty cool poster nonetheless.

I’m surprised that we’re seeing so much of the Power Rangers without their costumes in the marketing material, but that will probably change after we get first trailer for the movie, which will probably debut next month during San Diego Comic-Con. For now, you can check out the poster below and sound-off your thoughts in the comment section.

Saban’s Power Rangers follows five ordinary high school kids who must become something extraordinary when they learn that their small town of Angel Grove – and the world – is on the verge of being obliterated by an alien threats. Chosen by destiny, our heroes quickly discover that they are the only ones who can save the planet. But to do so they will have to overcome their real-life issues and band together as the Power Rangers before it is too late.

Directed by Dean Israelite, Power Rangers stars Dacre Montgomery, Becky G, RJ Cyler, Naomi Scott, Ludi Lin, David Denman, Patrick Sabongui, Elizabeth Banks and Bryan Cranston. The movie opens in theaters on March 24, 2017. Are you excited?
