Warner Bros. revealed a brand new promotional poster for Birds of Prey at Expo Licensing Brasil. The new poster puts the spotlight on Margot Robbie who reprises her role as Harley Quinn from 2016’s Suicide Squad. The poster shows off one of Margot Robbie’s new costumes for Harley Quinn in the film, along with her iconic mallet from the comics.

Birds of Prey (And The Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn) will introduce Mary Elizabeth Winstead and Jurnee Smollett-Bell to the DC Extended Universe as Huntress and Black Canary, respectively. The film will feature the female superhero team coming together to protect Cassandra Cain after she comes across a diamond which belongs to Gotham crime lord Black Mask, played by Ewan McGregor.
The film also stars Rosie Perez as Renee Montoya, Ella Jay Basco as Cassandra Cain and Chris Messina as Victor Zsasz. Ali Wong, Steven Williams, Derek Wilson, Dana Lee, Francois Chau, Matthew Willig, and Michael Masini round out the cast.
Cathy Yan (Dead Pigs) has directed the film from a script written by Bumblebee writer Christina Hodson, who has also written the studio’s Batgirl film. Birds of Prey is produced by Sue Kroll under her Kroll & Co Entertainment banner along with Clubhouse Pictures’ Bryan Unkeless, and Margot Robbie.
DC Comics’ Birds of Prey are an international crimefighting team featuring heroines such as Oracle (Barbara Gordon), Black Canary (Dinah Laurel Lance) and the Huntress (Helena Bertinelli). The comic book team’s current lineup consists of Black Canary, Huntress, and Lady Blackhawk, along with Hawk and Dove.
