Mark Ruffalo, Don Cheadle Spotted On Set For ‘Avengers: Endgame’ Reshoots

With reshoots for the highly anticipated Avengers: Endgame recently underway in Atlanta, fans continue to (im)patiently await the release of the film in a few months. Now, thanks to a recently snapped photo, it looks like Mark Ruffalo and Don Cheadle, AKA Bruce Banner/Hulk and James Rhodes/War Machine have joined the reshoot-ranks!

Mark Ruffalo and Don Cheadle were recently spotted in Atlanta and took a moment away to snap a selfie. Check it out below!

Previously via social media, we’ve seen some behind the scenes photos snapped of Zoe Saldana/Gamora and Jeremy Renner/Hawkeye, so we already know that they’re in the mix for some reshoots. But based on this recent candid shot of the duo in Atlanta, we’ll be getting some additional scenes/reshoots completed with the big green man himself, Hulk, and the iron-hero, War Machine.

Now I know what you’re thinking, ‘reshoots, oh great what did they mess up!?’. Well, don’t fret too much as reshoots are something that Marvel Studios have formally planned for and baked into their standard filming schedule. Reshoots can mean a few things, that additional lines or scenes are required for continuity or to help the story (fill the gaps), that something didn’t maybe turnout as great as they wanted it and a change is needed, or that based on the editing process something is just missing. This can sound ‘bad’ potentially, but if you plan for this in advance this is a chance to finalize the process by ensuring you got everything right. Think of it as going back to cross all the T’s or dot the I’s; it’s a good thing!

If the reshoot process was completely left out then the studio would be stuck using whatever content they initially got during the filming process and this can mean shoe-horning wrong content into trying to make it work. So, with these recent reshoots, we can rest assured that Marvel Studios and the directing duo of Joe and Anthony Russo are putting in their due diligence to provide us with a film that is worthy of the title: Endgame. This is after all the culmination of 10 years of storytelling!

Here is the plot synopsis for Avengers: Endgame:
