Last week, Netflix announced they would be canceling Marvel’s Daredevil after three seasons. Daredevil followed Iron Fist and Luke Cage in series termination and it seems Jessica Jones and The Punisher are next. Netflix has said in the past that the Marvel shows are theirs to cancel but a new rumor from Collider’s Steven Weintraub suggests it was actually Marvel who canceled Daredevil. Many believe the Netflix-Marvel cancellations are because of the upcoming Disney + streaming service, which will feature new shows from Kevin Feige and Marvel Studios. Fans are hoping to see the shows continue on another network but if this rumor is true, then a revival for the canceled shows is unlikely.
