Marvel fans have taken to Twitter to beg Mark Ruffalo to finally reveal the Avengers 4 title after the star teased that he would reveal it in an interview with Jimmy Fallon.
Mark Ruffalo recently teased fans that he would be on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon to reveal the title for Avengers 4, though it seemed like a bit of a joke from the get-go. The twitter exchange between Ruffalo and Fallon eventually culminated in a reveal that was bleeped when the episode eventually aired. Even when deciphered, it seemed that Ruffalo was saying The Last Avenger as the title, which in itself seems like a joke for fans.
After the heavy teasing, fans have taken to Twitter to beg Ruffalo to finally reveal the title for the film, for real this time. Ruffalo has become notorious as the new Marvel Cinematic Universe spoiler by pulling stunts such as streaming the opening minutes of Thor: Ragnarok during the film’s premiere. Most recently, the star was caught spoiling the end of Avengers: Infinity War in an interview conducted a year before the film’s release. Luckily, that last one didn’t reveal itself until fans rewatched the interview after the film hit theaters. Avengers 4 is set to release about two months after Captain Marvel hits theaters and now that Marvel has released the teaser for the ’90s-set origin film, fans are awaiting that Avengers 4 trailer or at least a title reveal, any day now. Marvel has a knack for knowing the perfect time to release information like that but as the release date grows closer, hopefully, the title will be revealed for fans sooner than later.
