Kevin Feige Wishes Marvel Legend Stan Lee A Happy Birthday

Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige took to social media this morning to send comics icon Stan Lee best wishes for his big day.

Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige took to social media this morning to send Stan Lee best wishes for his big day.

Born on December 28, 1922, Lee turns 95 today. Kevin Feige shared a tweet to wish the Marvel Comics icon a happy birthday, promising “many more cameos to come.” As fans know, Lee has appeared in every single Marvel Cinematic Universe movie to date and has already filmed his cameos for the next few. You can check out the tweet below.

A few Marvel Cinematic Universe stars, including Mark Ruffalo and Chris Evans, also wished Lee a happy birthday on their own personal Twitter pages.

Stan Lee has also appeared in several other big screen Marvel properties, including some of 20th Century Fox’s X-Men and Fantastic Four movies, as well as Deadpool. It’s likely that he’ll get back to filming more cameos sometime in the next few months when the Kevin-Feige produced Captain Marvel and Spider-Man: Homecoming sequel begin production.

Kevin Feige’s Marvel Cinematic Universe has a number of upcoming releases, including Black Panther on February 16, 2018, Avengers: Infinity War on May 4, 2018, Ant-Man and the Wasp on July 6, 2018, Captain Marvel on March 8, 2019, an untitled Avengers sequel on May 3, 2019, and an untitled Spider-Man sequel on July 5, 2019. In addition, sequels to Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 and Doctor Strange are in development — along with a number of unannounced projects — but have not yet been scheduled.
