‘Marvel’s Spider-Man’ Includes A Surprise Reference To Justice League

Critics and fans have gone head-over-heels for Insomniac Games’ Marvel’s Spider-Man for the PS4. Many have praised it not just for its gameplay and story, but for also spreading around some surprise Easter Eggs related to the broader universe of Spider-Man and Marvel Comics. Interestingly enough, one of the most fascinating Easter Eggs is actually a reference to DC Comics’ iconic team, the Justice League.

An eagle-eyed gamer playing had the webhead take a selfie in front of a building that reads, “Trust Us League,” an obvious play on words and chuckle-worthy pun on Justice League. You can check out the screenshot below:

Whether it is the Easter Eggs such as this humorous reference to Justice League, or the remarkable storytelling and fresh take on one of the most beloved superheroes of all-time, the game continues to immerse players into Peter Parker’s world in ways that no other game has ever done before.

How far has your progress been on Marvel’s Spider-Man? Did you find this Justice League reference during your own personal gameplay time? Sound off in the comments below, and be sure to continue following Heroic Hollywood for all the latest news regarding Spider-Man as seen both on the big screen and through video games.

Here is the synopsis:

“Sony Interactive Entertainment, Insomniac Games, and Marvel have teamed up to create a brand-new and authentic Spider-Man adventure. This isn’t the Spider-Man you’ve met or ever seen before. This is an experienced Peter Parker who’s more masterful at fighting big crime in New York City. At the same time, he’s struggling to balance his chaotic personal life and career while the fate of millions of New Yorkers rest upon his shoulders.”

Marvel’s Spider-Man is now available to own, exclusive to the PS4.
